TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Rock Coshocton! We are excited to have you join us for an unforgettable live music experience. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they outline the rules, responsibilities, and policies that govern your use of our venue and your attendance at events. By purchasing a ticket, attending an event, or entering the premises, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. General Admission and Ticketing


1.1 Ticket Sales & Purchases
All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket is purchased, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.  

1.2 Ticket Holder Responsibilities
By purchasing a ticket, you are granted entry to the event as specified on the ticket. The ticket holder agrees to comply with all venue rules and the instructions of our staff at all times.  

1.3 Age Restrictions 
Certain events may have age restrictions. Tickets for minors (under 18) may require adult supervision. The minimum age for entry may vary depending on the event. Check the event details for specific age restrictions.  
1.4 Access Control
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone without a valid ticket or wristband, or who does not comply with our venue rules. Please keep your ticket on hand at all times during the event.

2. Event Policies


2.1 Event Cancellations or Postponements
In the event that an event is canceled or postponed, we will provide details regarding rescheduling or refunds, if applicable, through official communication channels. Please note that we are not liable for travel or accommodation costs associated with canceled or postponed events.

2.2 Lineup Changes 
Artists, performers, and schedules are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to maintain the advertised lineup, we are not responsible for any changes that may occur, and no refunds will be issued due to lineup changes.

2.3 Sound and Lighting Conditions 
The volume levels at events can be high, and certain lighting effects (including strobe lighting) may be used. By attending, you accept the risks associated with these conditions and acknowledge that they may affect those with sensitivities or pre-existing conditions.

2.4 Alcohol and Food  
Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at the venue. You must present valid identification to purchase alcohol, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or exhibits disruptive behavior. No outside food or beverages are allowed on the premises unless explicitly permitted for special events.

2.5 Lost or Stolen Items 
Rock Coshocton is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during your visit. Please keep your personal belongings safe, and report any lost items to our staff. Items found will be held at our lost and found for a limited period.

2.6 Accessibility  
We strive to provide an inclusive environment for all guests. Accessible seating and facilities are available. If you require any special accommodations, please contact our customer service team prior to attending the event.

 

3. Code of Conduct


3.1 Behavioral Expectations
We expect all attendees to behave in a respectful and courteous manner toward fellow guests, staff, and performers. Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to fighting, harassment, or abusive language, will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the venue without a refund.

3.2 Zero Tolerance for Illegal Activities  
Rock Coshocton enforces a zero-tolerance policy for illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use, underage drinking, and theft. Anyone caught engaging in illegal activities will be removed from the venue and may face legal action.

3.3 No Smoking  
Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping) is prohibited inside the venue, except in designated smoking areas. Please respect our no-smoking policy to ensure a clean and safe environment for all.

3.4 Unruly Behavior 
In the event of any unruly or aggressive behavior, security staff reserves the right to eject the individual(s) from the venue without refund, and they may be subject to further penalties as deemed necessary.

4. Health & Safety


4.1 COVID-19 & Health Protocols
Rock Coshocton complies with local health and safety guidelines, including those related to COVID-19, which may change based on government directives. You agree to follow any specific health protocols in place at the time of your visit, including wearing face coverings, maintaining physical distancing, or undergoing health screenings. We may update these protocols in response to changing public health guidance.

4.2 Emergency Procedures
In the event of an emergency, please follow all instructions provided by our staff. Emergency exits are clearly marked, and evacuation plans are in place. Attendees are expected to remain calm and follow the direction of security and staff during any emergency situation.

4.3 Personal Health & Safety  
By attending an event, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and safety. If you have any medical conditions that may be affected by the event, please consider whether it is safe for you to attend. It is your responsibility to consult a doctor if you are unsure about your ability to participate in any event at the venue.

 

5. Filming & Photography


5.1 Photography and Video Recording 
Personal photography is generally allowed at Rock Coshocton for non-commercial purposes; however, the use of professional equipment, including cameras with detachable lenses or video recording devices, is prohibited unless you have prior written approval.  

5.2 Publicity and Media  
By attending an event at Rock Coshocton, you grant permission for your image, voice, or likeness to be captured in photos, videos, and other media formats by Rock Coshocton or its authorized representatives, which may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.

5.3 Social Media
We encourage fans to share their experiences on social media, but please be mindful of others and avoid disrupting the event or obstructing others' views for photography or video purposes. We ask that you use appropriate hashtags when posting about the event and respect the privacy of others.

 

6. Venue Liability


6.1 Limitation of Liability
Rock Coshocton is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property while on the premises, unless such injury or damage is caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of the venue. By entering the venue, you agree to assume all risks associated with attending the event.

6.2 Indemnification 
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rock Coshocton, its employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your conduct, attendance, or participation in the event.

7. Privacy and Data Collection


7.1 Data Collection  
Rock Coshocton may collect personal information from ticket buyers, including names, email addresses, and other contact information, to facilitate ticketing and customer service. This information is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

7.2 Marketing Communications  
By purchasing tickets or providing contact details, you may receive communications from Rock Coshocton about upcoming events, promotions, or offers. You may opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each email.

8. Venue Modifications


8.1 Changes to Terms and Conditions
Rock Coshocton reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated directly to ticket holders. Your continued attendance at events after such changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8.2 Venue Modifications
Rock Coshocton may modify the layout or operational procedures of the venue, including but not limited to seating arrangements, access points, or security measures, as necessary for the safety and enjoyment of our guests. You agree to comply with any such modifications as directed by our staff.

9. Governing Law


These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Coshocton, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from your attendance at an event will be resolved in the courts of Coshocton, OH.
